A progressive therapy, with two or three sessions in the first month to get you started and then ongoing support at intervals as you see fit. Hypnosis will help you to learn the skills you need to control your eating, to enjoy healthier foods and to find the time and motivation to exercise. Initially the weight control program is targeted at finding the reasons for why you eat in an unhealthy manner, perhaps it is emotions that you associate with food or certain habits you learned as a child. We then work together to resolve the associated emotions so that they no longer effect your eating habits. After we have addressed the root cause we use what we learn during these initial session to reinforce healthy habits and motivation.
