Changing Habitual Behavior
Habits are learned behaviors which develop over time. Often the conscious mind believes it is under control until one day it tries to resist a habitual behavior such as nail biting and realizes it cannot help but do it. During hypnosis we can communicate directly with the subconscious mind to make a change in these behaviors. The little voice which is usually saying "do it, just a little won't hurt" quiets down and may even begin to say exactly the opposite. This often happens through using the Energy Awareness Process.
